How long does a new connection take?
Usually one to two working days inside our covered areas. If your building needs a new drop cable, we'll tell you at the survey rather than after you've paid.
My internet is down. What should I do first?
Check that the fiber box on your wall shows a steady green light. If the light is red or off, it's on our side — call or message us and we'll dispatch a technician. If it's green, restart your router once, then call us.
Can I change my package later?
Yes. Upgrades take effect the same day and are billed from the next cycle. Downgrades apply from the start of the next month.
Do you provide the router?
A dual-band router is included from the 15 Mbps package upward and stays with you. On the 10 Mbps package you can buy one from us or use your own.
How do I pay the bill?
Cash at the office, or JazzCash, Easypaisa and bank transfer. A collector can also visit your home in most covered areas. Bills go out on the first of the month.
Can I get a static IP?
Yes, on business connections and on request for home connections. Ask us for the current monthly charge.
